Obama Wants Open Borders – U.S. (WE) Don’t

Her point:
Recently large demonstrations have taken place
Across the country protesting the fact that Arizona
Is addressing the issue of illegal immigration.
Certain people are angry that
The US might protect its own
Borders, might make it harder
To sneak into this country and,
Once here, to stay indefinitely.

The thinking behind these protests.
Let’s say I break into your house.
Let’s say that when you discover
Me in your house, you insist that I leave.
But I say, ‘No! I like it here.

According to the protesters:
You are Required to let me stay in your house
You are Required to feed me
You are Required to add me to your family’s insurance plan
You are Required to Educate my kids
You are Required to Provide other benefits to me & to my family
(my husband will do all of your yard work because
He is also hard-working and honest, except for that
Breaking in part).
If you try to call the police or force me out,
I will call my friends who will picket your
House carrying signs that proclaim my
RIGHT to be there.
It’s only fair, after all, because you have

Politicians say they don’t know what to do with the 12 to 20 million illegal aliens in this country already. If you stop the welfare and freebies, and discontinue the hiring of illegals, they will voluntarily go home immediately. If you stop giving citizenship to babies born here by mothers who came across the border just in time to birth their babies, they will stop coming. Politicians don’t have the will to do this. They want the votes of the immigrant communities and the future votes of the illegals, once they are granted amnesty. This is not best for our country. This is only best for the politicians. Until now. Americans are so outraged at the lunacy of government immigration and illegal immigration policies, and their refusal to control our borders, that they are set to vote out incumbents. November, 2010 will teach the politicians that CITIZENS matter.
Obama Appoints New Golf Czar
Obama has now appointed a Golf Czar. Announcements were just made of major rule changes in the game of golf which will become effective this season.
This is only a preview as the complete rule book is being rewritten as we speak.
Here are a few basic changes:
Golfers with handicaps:
– below 10 will have their green fees increased by 35%.
– between 11 and 18 will see no increase in green fees.
– above 18 will get a $25 check each time they play.
The dollar amount placed in bets will be as follows:
– for handicaps below 10, an additional $10.
– between 11 and 18, no additional amount.
– above 18, you will receive the total amount in the pot even if
you do not play.
The term ‘gimme’ will be changed to ‘entitlement’ and will be used as follows:
– handicaps below 10, no entitlements.
– handicaps from 11 to 17, entitlements for putter length putts.
– handicaps above 18, if your ball is on green, no need to putt, just pick it up.
These entitlements are intended to bring about fairness and, most importantly, equality in scoring.
In addition, a Player will be limited to a maximum of one birdie or six pars in any given round. Any excess must be given to those fellow players who have not yet scored a birdie or par. Only after all players have received a birdie or par from the player actually making the birdie or par, can that player begin to count his pars and birdies again.
The current USGA handicap system will be used for the above purposes but the term ‘net score’ will be available only for scoring those players with handicaps of 18 and above.
This is intended to ‘redistribute’ the success of winning by making sure that in every competition the above 18 handicap players will post only ‘net score’ against every other player’s gross score.
These new Rules are intended to ‘CHANGE’ the game of golf.
Golf must be about Fairness. It should have nothing to do with Ability!!!

It’s time to update this old post about the corruption, greed and hunger for power and control among Progressives now ruling, yes ruling – not governing – the country. The Valerie Jarrett/Barack Obama Crime, Inc/Slime, Inc. operation couldn’t get cap and trade passed through Congress, so as promised, President Obama took up his mighty pen, trashed the Constitution, and by executive fiat, ordered EPA “regulations” (which amounts to laws) that effectively accomplish the first step of implementing cap and trade – the “cap”. In time, when the heavy burden of caps are taking a devastating toll on businesses, they will scream for and demand the “trade” side of “cap and trade” to give themselves an “out”. Otherwise, they will be regulated out of business. Obama and Jarrett are probably counting on this.
Valerie Jarrett: “ready to take power.” “ready to rule on day one”
Yes, she said take power and rule. Not govern. Rule. She means it and Obama has been doing just that.

Who was on the Board of Directors during the formation of the Climate Change Exchange plans? Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett, his top White House advisor and mentor. IF the Chicago Climate Change Exchange made a fortune, might any of that money find its way to the people who made it possible?
In 2000, Richard Sandor founded the Chicago Climate Exchange with a $1.1 million grant from the Joyce Foundation, while Obama was on their board. Al Gore founded Generation Investment Management LLP and bought a stake in the Chicago Climate Exchange planning to cash in on the projected ten trillion dollar business. Even after the exchange closed because Congress didn’t pass the climate change laws and the U.S. didn’t sign the Kyoto Treaty, Gore reportedly still made millions, as did Richard Sandor. Sandor is well known for inventing new markets, particularly derivatives. His motive is likely NOT saving the planet but making a fortune. One of his successes was the trading of caps on sulfur dioxide, known then as acid rain. He will keep doing this type of trading and creating new markets as long as governments will legislate the caps. He and this slimey crime gang will continuously invent new dangers to legislate and CAP AND TRADE.

This goes deeper than any unsuspecting citizen can imagine. Do your own research. Beck’s critics offer no proof that he’s wrong. They resort to name-calling, but they never disprove anything he says. It’s quite easy to find these facts on your own. Marbie’s Blog easily found a lot of this in 2008, before Beck was on Fox News and before he started this series.
Please watch the show. It’s your country, your freedom, your paycheck, that they’re stealing from you and your children. This is no joke. It’s real. It’s global. The guilty are screaming like stuck pigs because they’re being exposed and feel that their scheme may be hampered by people armed with the truth and sunlight on their workings. Americans, don’t sit back and wait for your government to handle this. Your government is run by these people. You have to rise up and take back your government. Be a founding father/mother of restoring America to its heritage.

Every American should be appalled that this type of intimitadation is allowed, pacified and not prosecuted in a court of law, while we still have courts of law. Obama is a street rabble-rouser which is exactly what community organizers do. They come into carefully chosen neighborhoods and pick until they find an issue they can use to rile up the citizens. Then they talk it up with emotion, short of true facts, and whip the people into anger and action. Remember hearing about angry mobs stringing up people without a trial? Where are we headed?
Andy Stern was the head of SEIU in America for years, the years Obama says he worked side-by-side with SEIU. Andy Stern went to the White House 23 times in the first few months of Obama’s first year as President, many times more than ANYONE else. Andy Stern left his post as head of SEIU after the ACORN scandal heated up. He now heads SEIU Europe. Great. ACORN is also organizing internationally. They want Card Check legislation to force companies to allow unions to take over the operation of their businesses (which is what it amounts to) and SEIU will rush in immediately. Thuggery is alive and well in the good ‘ole USA.
The question is: Will Americans put up with it? Will YOU put up with it?

What does Elena Kagan believe about free speech and Americans’ First Amendment Rights? Not good.
“In an article Kagan published in the University of Chicago Law Review in 1996, entitled, ‘Private Speech, Public Purpose: the Role of Government Motive in First Amendment Doctrine.’ she contends that the negative impact of a law restricting freedom of speech is subservient to the government’s motive for enacting such restrictions.

Obama appointed the same Larry Lessig to handle his use of internet technology during his presidential campaign, with which he raised more money than any candidate in American history, much of it from donors that can’t be traced because there is no way to do it. Why didn’t the brilliant tech savvy Lessig create a way to trace Obama’s internet donations? Obama could have received donations from foreign countries, for all we know. That’s illegal and we can’t guarantee it didn’t happen.

Kagan’s background diverse? No. Kagan worked for liberal and progressive Democrats, Thurgood Marshall, Joe Biden, Bill and Hillary Clinton. She became friends with Obama when they both were at Harvard Law School. Does this seem center, center-left or moderate? Don’t think so.
Thurgood Marshall was the first African-American on the Supreme Court. He was a succussful lawyer and civil rights activist. Marshall was solidly a liberal Democrat, for whom Elena Kagan clerked and called the best lawyer of the twentieth century.
“During Marshall’s tenure on the Supreme Court, he was a steadfast liberal, stressing the need for equitable and just treatment of the country’s minorities by the state and federal governments. A pragmatic judicial activist, he was committed to making the U.S. Constitution work; most illustrative of his approach was his attempt to fashion a “sliding scale” interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s equal protection clause that would weigh the objectives of the government against the nature and interests of the groups affected by the law.Marshall’s sliding scale was never adopted by the Supreme Court, though in several major civil rights cases of the 1970s the court echoed Marshall’s views. Could that mean she agrees with his beliefs? As a Supreme Court Justice, would she have to judge the case concerning Arizona’s new immigration law vs the Federal Government? Would she overrule the Tenth Amendment and rule against States’ Rights? This is an important appointment that has great ramifications for all of us.
Kagan is solidly in the Democrat’s corner, not somewhere in the center. There’s no way she was interested in bringing together colleagues of both sides, when bringing in Larry Lessig, who is a radically left irreverent Democrat. Note that he isn’t a moderate or center-left, he’s radically left.
Would she be a judicial activist? Maybe. She’s been an activist since high school according to Anne Reingold on The Daily Beast at http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2010-05-11/elena-kagan-high-school-radical/?cid=hp:beastoriginalsR1, who says the two of them were co-presidents of the student-faculty governing body at Hunter College High School in the mid-seventies. Elena and Anne successfully lobbied to legalize smoking in the girls’ bathroom (in high school). I guess their high school allowed minor girls to smoke on school premises. How odd for those days? Wasn’t it illegal to sell cigarettes to minors back then, and even now? What kind of school allows minors to smoke on campus? Yes, young Elena smoked cigarettes AND CIGARS! Her second success concerned 24 boys who wanted to attend the all-girl school. Perhaps the boys weren’t allowed to smoke in their own schools.

“So help me, God,” is heard in court rooms all over America every day and is spoken by judges of the Supreme Court in government buildings, and it is not unlawful. This began in the earliest days of America’s existence. Some people have refused to swear on the Bible, and they have not been forced to. Supporters of “Separation of Church and State” say that proves our founders wanted separation. This is an incorrect assessment. “Congress shall make NO law respecting an establishment of religion…” Therefore, they shall not force anyone to swear on a Bible. “…OR prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” requiring government to allow religion and that includes in government buildings, in government functions, on public property, even in schools. Government shall not FORCE TO nor PROHIBIT FROM. That’s quite different from “separaton of church and state.”
Before the Supreme Court of the United States (or any other court in this country) makes any further judgments on the issue of “separation of church and state”, they should be required to read the statements of the very FIRST CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, a man totally involved in the founding of this country, Chief Justice John Jay. He said on September 9, 1777:
“We should always remember, that the many remarkable and unexpected means and events by which our wants have been supplied, and our enemies repelled or restrained, are such strong and striking proofs of the interposition of HEAVEN, that our having been delivered from the threatened bondage of Britain, ought, like the emancipation of the Jews from Egyptian servitude, be forever ascribed to its TRUE CAUSE, and isntead of swelling our breasts with arrogant ideas of our power and importance, kindle in them a flame of gratitude and piety, which may consume all remains of vice and irreligion. BLESSED BE GOD.”
This man recognized, as did the other Founding Fathers, that this country was founded precisely because God willed it so, and interceded in all manners necessary to insure its survival and success. If God founded the country, how can anyone legitimately support “separation of church and state.” The Constitution that our founding fathers wrote and ratified after experiencing the many miracles and interventions of God, included the express guarantee of FREEDOM OF RELIGION NOT FROM RELIGION. These men guaranteed that government shall not impose an official restriction or requirement on religion, which is exactly what government is doing today. The Founding Fathers shouted God’s intervention from the platforms available to them, as well as in their writings, on their monuments and in their speeches. Their very lives were affirmations of God’s hand at work. Common sense demands the acknowledgement that these men DID NOT write law contrary to their own beliefs, experiences and statements.
For those interested in the truth, read the original documents and writings of the original Founding Fathers. See how many of them were actually reverends and pastors and preachers. Note that church services were routinely held in the halls of Congress, that they called for days of prayer, and that Samuel Adams established the first national day of Thanksgiving to God on Thursday, December 18, 1777, which was devoted to thanking God for his protection, provision, forgiveness and blessings, and had nothing to do with dinner.
Many books have been filled with the stories, details, facts and experiences of the Founding Fathers, the Patriot armies, the colonists, and the churches, attesting to God’s inextricable presence and actions to secure the birth, success and longevity of this nation. It defies logic to suggest that these same people then wrote a Constitution prohibiting religion in public places, prohibiting any government entity to be involved in any way with religion or government prohibiting citizens’ expression of religion at government functions or on government property. And as for religion in public schools, the first schools were started and held in the towns’ churches.
Preachers could preach about the government and its officials, and express a Biblical view of the issues, before 1954, when Senator Lyndon Baines Johnson, running for re-election, faced a tough challenger, Dudley Dougherty, who was supported by a tax-exempt organization, The Committee for Constitutional Government. This organization produced material which advocated limiting of the President’s treaty-making authority and more importantly, supported Johnson’s opponent. When Johnson learned of this, he found a way to silence them, resulting in Section 501 (C) (3) of the IRS code, which now limits what churches can say as tax-exempt entities.
One of the most important freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution is freedom OF religion, prohibiting the government from making ANY laws governing our exercise and expression of religion. This was stolen from us in 1954. WE’VE BEEN ROBBED AND SAT STILL FOR IT. Silence has not served us well. We should have marched in the streets and swarmed our representatives’ offices until this egregious law was repealed.
Churches have always made substantial differences in our liberties and the fair and just treatment of our people, an admirable fact until 1954. Americans will never forget the contributions, tireless work and fearless efforts of a Baptist preacher named Rev. Martin Luther King, who is credited with achieving civil rights for African-Americans, which has spread to all minorities. Christians fought slavery in the early decades of the newly born United States of America. Today, Christians are fighting abortion, which kills untold numbers of babies lawfully everyday. As black slaves were not counted as full human beings, but only as 3/5 of a human, unborn babies in the womb are not counted as human beings. The 1954 IRS Sec. (C) (3) ban on political speech of churches must be repealed as unConstitutional, and the myth of separation of church and state refuted and abandoned.
For those who are happy with the current loss of religious freedom, consider that governments are run by people, many of which love their position of power, fame, privilege and money. If the government is allowed to steal one of our freedoms, it can and will steal another. Any freedom that is seen as a threat to the power and money of its representatives, can and will be taken away. Lyndon Johnson is one example. Someday, they will steal a freedom that is important to you. Freedom of speech? Freedom to assemble? Freedom to travel outside of the U.S.? The Right to Privacy? Freedom to own private property? Which one of your most prized freedoms is next?
We have lost too much already. It’s going to be an uphill battle, but we must regain every right, protection and freedom guaranteed us in the Constitution. Fight Congress, the President, his czars, the EPA, the Federal Reserve, the FCC, whomever is usurping our rights. Don’t put it off. Fight for ALL of the guaranteed freedoms, even religion, because yours might be next, and probably will.
REFUTE THE “SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE” MYTH. REVERSE SUPREME COURT RULINGS LIMITING OUR RELIGIOUS EXPRESSIONS AND PRACTICES. REPEAL THE IRS CODE SECTION (C) (3) OF 1954.
THERE IS NO MORE TIME TO DO NOTHING.
On another note: This nation was clearly founded on Judeo/Christian principles. There is NO doubt. It’s well documented, no matter what anyone says. Barack Obama has no right to declare that this nation is not a Christian nation. It is and always has been. He talked about the contributions of the Muslim religion in the founding of this country and that’s a flat out lie. There is no evidence of that. It may be his design to separate this country from its Judeo/Christian heritage and elevate Muslims, but millions of Americans will not sit quietly for that. Not again. We’ve learned our lesson about sitting quietly by while our freedoms, rights and heritage are stolen from us. NEVER AGAIN.
