Five Republicans Will Vote For Elana Kagan
All but five Republicans will exercise common sense and good judgment and vote against Elana Kagan’s appointment to the Supreme Court. They recognize that Kagan has no judicial experience and should not be one of the most important judges in the land for the rest of her life. The cases she would adjudicate will be the most important and affect the greatest number of people for the longest period of time. Since when does anyone appoint a judge’s clerk to the bench of the highest court in the land?
Kagan has a lifetime record of political activism aligned with the extreme positions of none other than Pres. Barack Obama. She is from his world and he appointed her precisely because he knows he can count on her to rule in favor of his positions, which amounts to fundamentally changing America. That is not the duty of a Supreme Court Justice. This court is for the sole purpose of upholding the Constitution exactly as it’s written with complete impartiality.
Senator Jeff Sessions made a plea to the Senate to vote against her appointment, falling on the deaf ears of five Republicans who must not care about pure interpretation of the Constitution.
As expected, even though it’s a travesty, every Democrat except one, Sen. Ben Nelson of Florida, is expected to vote in her favor.

Collins, Snowe and Graham can always be counted on to help the Democrats advance their agenda against the will of voters on the right. THEY FORGET TO DANCE WITH THE PARTY THAT BROUGHT THEM. Gregg seems to think that a president has the right to appoint anyone he wishes and that no Senator should stand in his way. Someone should remind Gregg that the Senate is a check/balance to protect the people from a dictator “fundamentally changing America”, as Obama has promised to do many, many times.
These five Republicans NEED to hear from Americans today. The vote is Thursday. We’re already saddled with Soto-Mayor who promised to be impartial and has already broken that promise, voting her personal beliefs regardless of the Constitution.
A known life-time activist will not pass up the opportunity to render a judgment that furthers her own personal beliefs. Once on the bench, she can do whatever she likes and no one can stop her. There will be no consequences and she will answer to no one.
Call these five Republicans and demand that they vote against the appointment of an activist with no judicial experience to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Tell them that you are fed up with Republicans joining Democrats to the ruination of America.
AND PLEASE – VOTE THESE PEOPLE OUT OF OFFICE! DON’T GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE ADVANCING THE DEMOCRATS’ AGENDA. LINDSEY GRAHAM SUPPORTS GLOBAL WARMING/CAP AND TRADE LEGISLATION! VOTE HIIM OUT BEFORE HE DOES ANY MORE DAMAGE TO OUR ECONOMY.
