RICO LAWS APPLY TO ACORN?

What happens now?  ACORN has been outed for all the world to see.  Obama can no longer cover up their racketeering.

Two young Americans had the courage and the ingenuity to break ACORN wide open and expose their crooked, disgusting illegal activities to the world.  Where there’s smoke there’s fire and everyone is smart enough to figure out that the corruption runs much deeper than the few low level employees giving it their best shot to break multiple laws.

There’s enough news on ACORN and the SEIU on the Glenn Beck television program on Fox News and his daily radio broadcast to provoke a thorough investigation of both of these organizations by the Dept. of Justice, the Attorney General, Congress, State and Local authorities.  And there has been for quite a while.  Yet, ACORN  has not been investigated by any of the authorities named except for about thirteen states investigating their voter registration fraud during the 2008 election period.

Corruption is the name of the game in ACORN.  Voter fraud surfaced first, then housing for prostitution, tax fraud and falsifying documents to receive government housing subsidies (YOUR TAX DOLLARS TAKEN FROM YOUR PAYCHECK).  You may not have heard much about the embezzlement of nearly $1 million by the brother of ACORN’s founder and chairman.

Did Barack Obama have close ties with ACORN  for many years and never see this happening?  Was Obama an insider of ACORN and never knew they operated this way?  Was Obama serving ACORN as legal counsel and never see instances of their corruption?  What kind of legal counsel did he give them?

Did Barack Obama teach ACORN the Saul Alinksy methods and not know how ACORN operated?  Was Barack Obama a community organizer with ACORN for years and never encounter their corruption?  Did Barack Obama work with ACORN and participate in their crooked behavior?  Is this another Jeremiah Wright situation where Obama sat in that guy’s church for over twenty years and never heard Wright’s racist ranting?   That notion defies common sense.  It’s not likely at all.

If a white president had been an insider with the KKK, do you think anyone would believe that he never practiced racist behavior?  NOT ON YOUR LIFE!  Everyone would scream and yell and drive him out of office.  We are being asked to believe that Obama was not involved with ACORN’s criminal practices throughout the many years he worked with them.  Are Americans that dumb?  NO.

The Service Employees  International Union (SEIU) is ACORN’s sister organization.  They’re housed in the same building in New Orleans, La.  Notice that when there is a protest by ACORN, there are always SEIU t-shirted protesters among them.    Who founded ACORN?   Who founded SEIU?

Wade Rathke.

  • Founder and former Chief Organizer of ACORN, a nationwide activist network engaged in “community organizing” and in voter mobilization drives for George Soros’ Shadow Party
  • Former draft-resistance activist for the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)
  • Former activist in the National Welfare Reform Organization (NWRO) and protegé of its founder George A. Wiley
  • Co-founder of the Tides Foundation, along with Drummond Pike. Currently serves as Board Chairman of the Tides Center and member of the Tides Foundation Board of Directors
  • Founded Local 100 of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in New Orleans and heads it to this day. Rathke is president and co-founder of SEIU’s Southern Conference and a member of SEIU’s national executive board. He also helped launch the United Labor Union (ULU), which organizes low-skill service workers.
  • Rathke chairs the AFL-CIO’s Organizers Forum and formerly served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Greater New Orleans AFL-CIO.
  • Wade Rathke was the founder of ACORN and served as Chairman until June 2, 2008, when a scandal involving his brother was about to break in the news.  Brother Dale Rathke embezzled nearly $1 million from ACORN in 1999 and 2000 and  ACORN executives knew it and kept it a secret for eight years!  Dale never went to jail.  (Your hard earned tax dollars taken from your paycheck!)

Turns out that the founder and president of the Tides Foundation, Drummond Pike, personally paid the embezzled amount back to ACORN.

Notice that Wade Rathke founded and chaired ACORN, founded the Local 100 SEIU in New Orleans, was a member of the SDS founded by Bill Ayers (Obama’s terrorist bomber friend), is president and co-found of SEIU’s Southern Conference and is co-founder and Board Chairman of the Tides Foundation (can you say Teresa Hines Kerry?) along with Drummond Pike who paid Dale Rathke’s embezzlement amount back to ACORN.  Wade also chairs ther AFL-CIO’s Organizers Forum.  Dale Rathke’s name appears on the mailing address of the  2000 Form LM-2 Labor Organization Annual Report for the SEIU Local 880.  The Amended Report shows the affiliation or organization’s name as “Service Employees AFL-CIO”.

The address on the above form is 1024 Elysian Fields Ave., New Orleans, LA, 70117.  Surprisingly or not, a few other organizations list the very same address:  1.  ACORN INTERNATIONAL headed by Wade Rathke (who had to step down from ACORN because of his brother’s million dollar embezzlement crime.  Thought he might have left ACORN?  Oh, no.  Just moved to another ACORN office and continued doing business as usual, as Dale apparently did also.  Much nicer than prison!)    2.  SEIU LOCAL 100 headed by Wade Rathke.

Wade was supposed to have stepped down from his position at ACORN due to the scandal, but he’s still there!  From ACORN INTERNATIONAL, Wade Rathke will have the spigot of money funneling in from countries all over the world.

Wade Rathke writes on his blog:  http://chieforganizer.org/organizations/

Wade Rathke is the founder and Chief Organizer of Community Organizations International (Formally Acorn International) and SEIU Local 100, has been a professional organizer for thirty-five years. He is also the founder and former Chief Organizer of ACORN.

Wade Rathke’s work as an organizer for social justice includes leadership roles in a number of community, union, and educational organizations. To learn more about the work of these activist organizations, visit these websites.

Obama didn’t know?  He never heard anything?  He never Googled these organizations?  Michelle never knew?  Their friends never mentioned any of it?  They never read any of it in the newspapers or heard a report on NBC?  (Of course, I didn’t hear it on NBC, either.)

    In their own words!
