So Proudly We Hail! – May 05, 2008

Old Glory is U.S. It’s our patriotic emblem. It’s U.S. unified. Thirteen stripes for thirteen original colonies and 50 stars for 50 states. Red for all the blood shed for our freedom and independence. White for purity, trying to do what is right. Blue for justice.

Old Glory represents our right to have opinions and express them. When a terrorist who is unrepentant to this day, who never paid for his crime, who says he doesn’t think he did enough, stands on Old Glory, as if he is somehow superior, that’s going way too far. Old Glory was carried on many a battlefield for Bill Ayers’ right to speak, but NEVER for his “right” to commit treason with impunity.

Bill Ayers’ isn’t worth wiping my feet on. He’s a criminal. A criminal with a big head. He believes he’s important – a big shot in Chicago. He’s small and hateful. He’s stupid, too. He is a professor at a university, but still stupid. He doesn’t recognize the source of his own freedom and the value of the country that flag represents. He’s guilty of biting the hand that feeds him and bragging about it.

“I don’t regret setting bombs; I feel we didn’t do enough,” Ayers told the New York Times in 2001.

Bill Ayers’ Web Site:

Reading his blog, you get a feel for his state of mind. It’s nothing to brag about.

Obama runs with the Jeremiah Wright crowd, who openly “damns” America, stomps Old Glory down on the ground and has never found any reason to be proud of her. No wonder Barack refuses to wear a flag (Old Glory) lapel pin.
